Our holiday fruitcakes are made each fall to sell for the December Holiday season. We use organic dried fruits, nuts , eggs, and cultured butter. These are made in our wood fired bakery on the first weekends after our farmer's market season. So no other production is going on. One weekend make the Gluten Free Fruit Cakes. They are then wrapped in hemp cloth soaked in cranberry wine, and allowed to age sealed in our cool room for 4 - 6 weeks, prior to sale. When the Gluten Free cakes are under wraps, the following weekend, we make the Spelt Fruit Cakes.
Last ordering day to receive before Christmas is December 11th, for the following week delivery.
