Short-Shipments

Sourdough breads are made through a delicate, organic process with natural variations. Occasionally, this means an item you order may not be available. We only charge you for what we ship, so if your invoice doesn’t match your delivery, please contact us. While we don’t offer backorders, you’re welcome to reorder the item in your next order.

Bread Care Reminder

Our breads are moist and preservative-free, made with high-quality organic ingredients. To ensure freshness, refrigerate or freeze your bread as soon as it arrives.

Our Guarantee

We stand by the quality of our bread. If you receive a loaf that isn’t usable, we’ll make it right. While we don’t offer automatic refunds, we do provide exchanges or credits for damaged items.

How to Request a Credit

If you’re not satisfied with your order, follow these steps within 14 days of delivery:

  1. Call us at 1-866-267-9712 or email us with the issue.
  2. Include the lot number from the bread packaging.
  3. If possible, send a photo of the damaged loaf to help us resolve the problem.

We’ll provide a credit for the damaged item to use on your next order.
