More than anything, We want you to be happy with your bread. I know it can be difficult to buy things online.

Sourdough breads take time to make, and the process is a lovely Organic one, with many variables.  Sourdough culture has a life all its own and for this reason sometimes orders are short shipped.  We strive to charge you only for what you are shipped but reach out to us if your invoice does not match your items.  Unfortunately we do not do backorders.  If you're short-shipped just be sure to order again.

I am sure you can appreciate the cost of the quality organic ingredients that go into our breads. For this reason, to stay afloat & keep offering our well loved breads we do not offer some of the automatic guarantees you find elsewhere.
That being said, we do stand by the quality of our breads, and offer exchanges if you receive a bread that is not useable.

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days, at the bakery 1-866-267-9712. Please have the lot number of the bread, and if you can take a photo, and e-mail us the problem, this will help us rectify the problem. We will give you a credit on your next order, for damaged loaves.
